Friday 09/08

Maine East (3-3) def. Maine South
(25-16, 25-20)

Maine East will head into conference play on a two match winning streak after defeating their district rivals.

Erika Christensen finished the match with 11 assists and 4 aces, Gabby Quintero led the Blue Demons with 5 kills, and Madeline Sielski finished with 17 digs.

New Trier (9-0) def. Lake Forest
(25-15, 25-11)

Can anyone stop the Trevians? New Trier cruised to an easy victory again. This time Gillian Klise paced the way with seven kills

Thursday 09/07

Loyola (7-2) def. Evanston (9-5)
(23-25, 25-18, 25-13)

Wednesday 09/06

Niles West def. Lane Tech
(25-15, 25-14)

The front line of Niles West was too much for Lane to overcome.

Natalia Pehar finished the night with 14 kills, 3 blocks, and 9 digs and Nicole Zelasko added 7 kills and 2 blocks.

New Trier (8-0) def. Loyola
(25-16, 25-10)

Loyola continues their dominance in the early part of the season, remaining undefeated after back to back victories over Loyola.

Maddie McGregor led the way for New Trier with 9 kills, 1 block and 2 aces.

Maine East def. Addison Trail
(21-25, 28-26, 25-22)

Maine South def. Maine West (6-3)
(16-25, 25-16, 26-24)

Maine South will play district rival Maine East in a CSL crossover matchup Friday evening, while Maine West will have the week off and will open conference play against Maine East next Monday.

Tuesday 09/05

Loyola def. Maine South
(25-12, 18-25, 25-7)

Maine South fought hard to force a third set against Loyola, but were unable to capture the upset victory against the Ramblers.
