Rankings for the 2020/21 season
Fremd finally climbed the mountain top by beating Lincoln-Way West in the state title game by a score of 58-47.
But in the end, none of that mattered as the Wolverines erased a 16 point deficit to defeat the defending and previously unbeaten state champions Morton 45-44.
The Warriors, led by the trio of Gugliuzza sisters didn’t let the bright lights affect their game as they beat Bolingbrook by a score of 68-57, and will face off against Fremd in the 4A title game.
