New Trier ran the table, not dropping a single set on their way to win the New Trier summer’s end girls volleyball tournament.
The Trevians kept opposing teams on their toes all weekend with a balanced front row attack, and excellent serve receive.

Niles West def. Maine West (18-25, 25-18, 25-13)
Niles West claimed fifth place overall after defeating conference foe Maine West in three sets in the second place pool championship.
In five tournament matches, Ally Block notched 49 kills and 23 digs, Reilly Olson had a tremendous overall performance of 44 kills, 39 digs and 10 aces, and Christy Kolosvary dished out 63 assists.

Natalia Pehar led the way for Niles West in their first loss of the season with 11 kills and two blocks.
Evanston (6-1) def. Maine East (1-2)
(25-21, 15-25, 20-25)
The Wildkits got the better of the Blue Demons in this CSL crossover contest.
Evanston was paced by Rosemary Gibbons who had 12 kills on the night. Maggie Sereika added nine kills of her own and Sam Kaiser dished out 24 assists.
In a losing effort, Erika Christiansen had an impressive all-around game for Maine East with six kills and 17 assists.
New Trier (2-0) def. Stevenson
(25-14, 25-15)
New Trier comfortably defeated Stevenson in straight sets to remain undefeated on the young season.
The Trevians were led in kills by Taite Ryan, with 10, and Maddie McGregor, who chipped in with 7 of her own.
The New Trier attackers were fed by setter Payton Hielscher, dished out 23 assists on the night.
