Saturdays contest between the #12 ranked Simeon Lady Wolverines and the #6 Nazareth Roadrunners proved to be the matchup that everyone had hoped for. Despite trailing for three quarters Simeon used a dominating fourth quarter to defeat Nazareth 57-48 on Saturday afternoon.
But none of those previous minutes mattered, as all it took was a single second to get off a shot for her only points of the game. A three pointer at the buzzer to give Fenwick a 50-49 win over the Titans.
